My seafood rub is a gentle fusion of many herbs. It is great on fish as well as shellfish. This delicate tasting concoction is made by mixing 2 Tablespoons of the rub with 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. It tastes best when baked, broiled or grilled.
